Files belonging to your list will be stored at Mailbase indefinitely. Occaisionally you will want to have a spring-clean and remove the old and out of date files.

1. Send this command to mailbase@mailbase.ac.uk

   owner password secret-password remove file listname filename stop

2. Type the name of the file and of your list instead of filename and listname.

Note: Just as a safety precaution, you might want to retrieve a copy of the file before you delete it. The following command will make Mailbase send you a copy of the file before it is removed from the list.

owner password secret-password send listname filename remove file listname filename
