Sure they are; not only are some of my best friends etc., but I married one
and we seem to have got along fine, (for the first 25 years anyway, he said
cautiously.)
Moreover I'm author of a paper entitled "Do we _really_ need a new
paradigm? Come back positivism, (nearly) all is forgiven" (2nd British PCP
Conference, York, April 1990).
No, my concern isn't in making them all out to be benighted, but to marvel
at the paradox at the heart of our own lovely constructivism!
