Unless there is a structure integrating looseness, fragmentation will
probably occur. When you decide to govern your life by a table of random
numbers, then I will be more impressed by your celebration of randomness. You
might first read a very funny book called The Dice Man.
Wouldn't it be funny if the owners of the various PCP software empires
decided to use dice in distributing their software. If the roll is even, they
give the software away. If it is odd, they pay some one to take it. We
might say such men put their money where their mouths are.
