I would appreciate you staying on the conceptual level in your explanation
a bit more before you walk us through the regressions.

I'd like to see an illustration. Let me give you something to work with
or correct. If a person had a construct of "intelligent" vs. "foolish"
this might be a synthesis of "intelligent" vs. "stupid" and "foolish" vs.
"careful"? While not being rooted in "intelligent" vs. "incompetent"?
