I am a manager in industry, looking after quality and change management, and
have used Grid techniques in assessing motivation and behaviour norms in my
company.
I am most of the way through an Open University degree in psychology -
currently doing a social psychology module. The course includes discussion
of social identity theory and social representations, and their relevance to
shared meanings in groups. I should be grateful for any advice or references
that would help me link these concepts to Personal Construct Psychology.
My aims in all this are to gain proficiency in assessing behaviour (and how
to change it) in the work environment.
