Colleagues,
I am pursuing a project which will be an historical description of
research methodologies employed in Educational Psychology. I have sampled
dissertations from 1980, 1985, 1990 and 1995 in an effort to gain some
sense of trends or growth of particular qualitative and quantitative
methodologies in the field. I have searched the literature for other
similar efforts but cannot come up with a history of methodologies in any
area of psychology. I would welcome suggestions of citations which might
help develop this historical scenario. Thank you in advance.
