Hi Michael,
Welcome to the PCP list. Have you looked at V. F. Guidano's work on the
self in process, and the complexity of the self? Based on your interest,
you may find his work helpful. Also some of the radical constructivists
like Maturana and Varela, who discuss autopoiesis (sp?).
