Your comments regarding the incorporation of Kelly's work by others
was quite interesting. I just read a chapter on cognitive approaches
to depression by Beck and others (ref for those interested upon
request) that identifies viewing the multifaceted aspects of
depression as having various "foci of convenience" which strikes me
as directly lifted from GAK's formal theory, without any citation. I
know that Beck is a member of NAPCN (don't know if he's on this list)
but wonder if he got this from reading _The Psychology of Personal
Constructs_
