presentations should contribute to this.

Please include the conference fee in either US or Canadian
currency with submission of your paper. Please remit funds
as money order or check; make checks payable to NAPCN96. The
conference fee includes banquet and coffee breaks.
* If you wish to apply for student rate please enclose a
letter from your supervisor on headed notepaper confirming
your student status.
**On no account make a wire transfer through a
Canadian bank as the costs at both ends are very
high.**

The rooms have two beds and ensuite bathroom. The costs
include room, all meals and use of sports facilities
including hot tub. The approximate costs are CDN$ 140/night
for a single room, and CDN$ 100/night sharing (+ 5% room tax
+ 7% GST). Visitors from outside Canada can reclaim the GST
on leaving the country.
