Patric Slater Estate, and permission to use/amend it should
be obtained from his English executor, Dr. Mike Smith,
Department of Management Sciences, UMIST, Manchester, UK.
IBM PC-DOS versions exist but have been developed with permission
for limited, on site use. I suggest you contact Bob for further
details.
