I'm in the embarassing position of having students to use exchange grids in
couple therapy, but now I can't find any references.
As far as I remember Steve Mendoza has done something about it, but again
references escape me, and I'm certain there are others out there with
experience in this particular approach.
There is an eager student, Marit Hannisdal, sitting beside me, correcting my
English, and eagerly waiting for replies!
