It’s a broadcast only Email list, i.e. only I can send things out and I only do it when I’ve created new pages, blog posts or made significant updates. The site has mostly existed without such a list but I have thought I should have one. Now I’m no longer doing the timelapse videos of the view over the valley I scarcely put up anything new once a week, often less than once a month so I guess that’s the likely frequency of very simple Emails arriving in your in tray: with just enough information that you can decide at a glance whether you want to look at the new or updated material!
