Just another name and acronym for the RCI: Reliable Change Index. In general, I try to resist concepts changing their names, life is confusing enough if we only have one name per idea! However, I haven’t been given the power to insist on this (!) and, to be honest, this is one renaming that seems to me to be more accurate than the original name!
