Jim and other Networkers:
I am quite interested in the question you pose--that is, PCP
alternatives to DSM-IV. I feel that transitive diagnosis (I prefer the
term transitive understanding) provides the beginnings of a nice
alternative way to conceptaulize and approach client problems. I wish I
had more time to go into detail, but--ACK!--I'm moving to Nashville from
Atlanta tomorrow. When I get there, and get hooked in with a new e-mail
account, I hope to return to this topic. It is a very important one for
pcp oriented counselors to address!

P.S. Thanks for the paper, Jim. I liked the symposium at APA, though I
wish Kirk had saved a little more time to let his colleagues present!
