Since other experts have posted good advice allready let me add just a
short remark.
Repertory Grid Technique was designed by Kelly (and since then evolved)
for the clinical setting, i.e. personal communication and interaction
not only for the elicitation of constructs but also for reconstructing
their meaning (see Bonarius, 1977, in Cole and Landfield, Nebraska
Symposium on Motivation).
For the elicitation of (personal) meaning systems in a larger context
other appraches may be considered. Very close to repertory grid
technique is a procedure were you present a list of 'constructs' to
your subjects (e.g., 50) and ask them to choose for their grid those
(e.g., 15) which are most meaningful/important for them. This
procedure increases the efficiency of the grid completion since
generally subjects need much time (and motivation) to go through the
triadic comparison procedure.
